GOVERNMENT HELPS SMALL COMPANIES BUY WINTA LITE

The following quotation is an extract from the recent Budget speech by the Chancellor of the Exchequer: This is great news for 'small' businesses wishing to purchase WinTA Lite and who satisfy at least two of the following criteria:

• Assets no more than '1,400,000
• Turnover not greater than '2,800,000
• 50 or less employees

Small companies who want to purchase WinTA Lite to better manage their work-force and use Information Technology to stay within the rules and legislation of the 48 hour week and all its ramifications, can write-off the entire system in the year of purchase. The period covered by the new legislation is from 1st April 2000 for three years and allows these companies to claim 100% Capital Allowances thereby getting immediate tax relief on their investments.

With the European Commission currently passing new measures and responsibilities on employers regarding the European Working Time Directive, there is no better time to manage them using a WinTA Lite system.
