Fran Boome, Personnel Manager was in charge of finding a new system. She said, "We wanted a system which would allow us to collate employee timekeeping information from all 4 sites and process it in one payroll system at our head office in Yaxley. British Optical's Accountant, Alan Clark, was in charge of getting a new Time & Attendance system to replace their old Blick swipe card system. He finally chose Tensor because of price and the stability of the company.  Tensor installed a WinTA Lite system in November 2003 and the system was up and running quickly. Alan said "The Tensor system cost us the same amount as Blick wanted in maintenance!" exclaimed Alan, "Tensor as a company is efficient, reliable and friendly.
