Racing Green Cars Ltd, based near Aldershot in Hampshire, is a company with a passion for British sports cars. Historically, they used timesheets to log employees hours but with the introduction of the EEC Working Time Directive they realised they would have to look for a computerised system. They wanted one that would track employee time keeping for both payroll and the Working Time Directive. They also wanted to know how long employees spent on each job. 

Colin Bowler, Racing Green Cars Managing Director, bought a Tensor Smart Card system after he compared it with other products on the market. 'Tensor's WinTAlite is a comprehensive package at a very good price' remarked Colin. 'Some other systems were cheaper but they did not have all the features of the Tensor system' he said.

Racing Green Cars installed Tensor's WinTAlite system themselves six weeks ago and while they had a few teething problem these were soon sorted after they called the Helpdesk a couple of times. 'The service of the helpdesk was very good' commented Colin.

Colin said 'Tensor offer a great service and after sales support. The WinTAlite system does everything it said it would. It's a great electronic system that makes everything easier for us.'

Colin is looking at using even more of the software features up to the full potential of WinTAlite, soon as the company get used to the new system.
