TENSOR ACCEPTED INTO THE BRITISH SECURITY INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION

Tensor plc were today welcomed as new members to the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) by their Membership Services Director- Steven Adams. 'Membership to the BSIA is only given to the best British Companies operating in the Security Market Place' said Steven Adams, 'and top class quality companies like Tensor are just the type of organization we like to welcome as new members' he said. 

Membership of the BSIA is only given to companies who have achieved full accreditation under the ISO 9000 scheme and is used as a mark of quality assurance by many organizations procuring Security Services in both the public and private sector. Said Nigel Smith, Chief Executive of Tensor; 'We are thrilled to be admitted as members to the BSIA which we recognize as a quality hall mark of Tensor products and services'.

The British Security Industry Association is the professional trade association for the security industry in the UK. Its aim is to help its member companies succeed in an ever-changing and highly competitive business environment. A vitally important element of this is ensuring its members provide the highest possible standard of products and service to their customers.

500 BSIA members are responsible for more than 70% of UK security business, including CCTV, access control, manned security, information destruction, physical security, cash-in-transit and alarm manufacture, distribution and installation.
