WinTA Enterprise holds details for up to 2000 employees, including a photograph of each person, if required.
Searching for the details of a particular employee is quick and easy, with the ability to sort on any column or perform a surname search at the touch of a button.
WinTA Enterprise stores information on up to 1000 production or department jobs. With the simple use of a smart card or key fob, employees book time against these jobs to produce a fully costed analysis and break down of time spent on each one.
Reports show jobs that are over budget or those approaching their budget limit. This information can also be exported to spreadsheets.
The built-in report generator makes it simple to get the information you need from the system. Standard reports include:

A range of output styles let you export to web pages, spreadsheets or as simple text files.
There are numerous extra features that can be implemented on your time and attendance system to take into account diversity with working rules between different organisations.
- Auto Clockout - Employees are automatically clocked out at a certain time.
- Shift Swapping - Employees may have their shift for a particular day changed in advance.
- Annualised Hours - Keep track of time worked throughout the year by a particular employee.
- Secondary Pay Bands - Certain pay bands pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier.
- Shift Premiums - complex payment schemes can be used, based on factors such as the time of working to the grade of employee.
WinTA Enterprise operates both the T32xx and T256x clocking stations and can record employee details for an unlimited number of people. This edition can also link to your Tensor Access Enterprise access control application, where it is able to share employee data.
Tensor smart cards and key fobs can be used to operate your WinTA Enterprise time and attendance system.
The proximity read method of the cards and fobs means that they will never wear out, and dust and residue picked up from the working environment presents no risk of clogging the reader.
Alternatively, biometrics can be combined with the smart cards to operate the system.
Tensor's range of dermal fingerprint reading technology gives increased accuracy and reliability, and is perfect for when irrefutable proof of identity is required.
Whichever system you choose, whether it be WinTA Lite or WinTA Enterprise, you can be assured that you will receive a simple to use, highly secure way of monitoring your employees' time and attendance clocking data.
Your WinTA package also has the facility to export reports as either plain text or CSV files, making interfacing with all popular payroll packages simple.
