WinTA Lite Time and Attendance Systems

WinTA Lite is the latest in our proven range of Windows™ based time and attendance products, from simple collection of employees' clocking data, through to job costing and extensive labour hours analysis.

A complete smart card time and attendance system including European Working Time Directive checking and reporting, ensuring that your company remains compliant with both regional and national legislation.

The WinTA Lite software has a familiar Windows™ interface, providing quick and easy access to information.

You can create a wide range of daily working patterns (shifts), with either fixed or flexitime rules. These can run past midnight, making night shifts simple to define.

Overtime is easily monitored, and both paid and unpaid breaks are easy to define and calculate.

WinTA Lite stores information on up to 1000 production or department jobs. With the simple use of a smart card or key fob, employees book time against these jobs to produce a fully costed analysis and break down of time spent on each one.

Reports show jobs that are over budget or those approaching their budget limit. This information can also be exported to spreadsheets. The built-in report generator makes it simple to get the information you need from the system. Standard reports include: Weekly Clock Card Payroll Summary Absence Summary Exceptions Job Booking Working Time Directive Compliance A range of output styles let you export to web pages, spreadsheets or as simple text files.

WinTA Lite operates a single time clock and can record employee details for up to 250 people. This particluar time and attendance solution can also link to your Tensor access control application, where it is able to efficiently share employee data.

Tensor smart cards and key fobs can be used to operate your time and attendance system.

The proximity read method of the cards and fobs means that they will never wear out, and dust and residue picked up from the working environment presents no risk of clogging the reader.

Alternatively, biometrics can be combined with the smart cards to operate the system.

Tensor's range of dermal fingerprint reading technology gives increased accuracy and reliability, and is perfect for when irrefutable proof of identity is required.
