Tensor plc is a world-class medium sized company who design and manufacture Smart Card and Biometric based Time & Attendance, Access Control, security and control products. We have developed a number of “world first’s” and are recognised as a leader in our field.

Working for a very busy company, we are looking for an enthusiastic person for the role of a Administration Clerk to join our existing team within the Operations / Offices Services department (job share).

 

Responsibilities
  • Data entry, entering data into our computerised management systems
  • Creating Word documents and filing
  • Setting-up and clearing meeting rooms
  • Covering for our Reception switchboard
  • Photocopying
  • Dealing with the clerical management of our motor vehicles and dealing with our suppliers
Qualifications

Applicants must :

  • Be hard working, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Be a customer orientated person with a friendly but efficient disposition.
  • Be “at ease” using PC’s and be a good communicator
  • Be willing to learn about our products and able to develop their personal skills.
