Job Description

The Help Desk provides Tensor customers with support and advice in operating and administering our solutions. This includes Time & Attendance, Access Control, Building Management and CCTV.

Enquiries come to us via. email, telephone, and our web portal - so you'll be required to have excellent spoken and written English language skills. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to assist the customer directly in using Tensor systems and investigating their problems. You will also need to take ownership of customer problems and help them until the problem is resolved.

You will receive product training and you will need to keep your knowledge of our products at a high level. So experience in application and technical support would be desirable. A good base level of technical experience in computer hardware, software, networking and particularly Microsoft SQL would be favoured.

The role is situated at our offices in Hail Weston, St. Neots and operates on alternate shift patterns between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
