Job Description

Working for a dynamic and busy company, we require a full-time Office Manager with a minimum of 2 years management experience. The applicant must have a ‘hands on’ and ‘can do’ attitude.

The successful applicant will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the department. Their duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Human Resources/Personnel
  • Event management
  • Ad hoc show attendance
  • Obtaining supplier quotes and procuring
  • Obtaining supplier ISO certifications
  • Typing/Dictations
  • Maintenance contracts
  • Stock checks
  • Processing new smartcards and despatching customer orders
  • Reception
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Management of cleaners and stock
  • Manage fire equipment inspections
  • First aider

Applicants must have exceptional organisational and management skills. The position will also require PA duties from time-to-time. The position is based at our HQ in Hail Weston, Cambridgeshire.

Employees will receive 23 days’ annual leave plus Bank/Public Holidays and 2 bonus days of annual leave. We also offer a reward scheme for length of service, whereby employees can earn up to 30 days' annual leave plus Bank/Public Holidays. A Company pension scheme is also available.
