Time & Attendance and Access Control Sales Consultant required for our expanding sales team.
The role is mainly office based at Tensor's HQ although you will be expected to travel to any part of the UK and Ireland if required. You will be responsible for selling, specifying and completing Tenders mainly on our Time & Attendance and Access Control products.
Potential applicants must have a proven sales track record and already be in sales either as a successful sales consultant or technical sales selling software/hardware solutions. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of Time & Attendance and Access Control including infrastructures plus a clear understanding of how to exploit the marketplace.
You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of PC’s and be a good communicator. Previous experience of either selling, completing and winning tenders or installing Time & Attendance and Access Control system is an advantage particularly if these were to a NSI NACOSS Gold standard. You will be fully trained on our product and CRM systems, after which your job will be to specify and sell our products working within our existing, well established and successful sales framework. We will train you on new Tensor products as they become available so that you have a complete portfolio to offer customers. We will also provide the support and encouragement to help you to succeed.
Applicants must:
Have a proven track record in software/hardware sales
Have at least 2 years Field Sales experience
Be hard working, proactive, self-motivated and willing to travel within the UK
Have an excellent knowledge of PCs within a "Windows" environment & network infrastructure
Have good personal skills in dealing with people
Hold a current driving licence
Package includes Car, laptop, mobile phone, etc. Expected annual earnings with commission of £50,000+ per annum (commission is uncapped). A private pension is available.
