We recently caught up with Francesca Russo, the head of HR for Valley Grown Salads, to see how they were getting on with their Tensor system. Around a year ago, they needed to switch from their OneAdvanced system due to increased costs and its complexity. They decided to trust Tensor for their Time and Attendance, Access Control and HR needs.
Francesca said their first year with Tensor was "going really smoothly," and that they were "enjoying the system," adding "it's so user friendly." Managers interacting with the system were giving great reviews. "The feedback we're getting from them is always positive!"
One of the strongest indicators of a successful onboarding is minimal reliance on support, and Francesca reports that managers rarely need help. "I've never had anyone say they don't know how to do something". She joked that she has only ever needed to review the help book once in the entire year of use. Any of the usual teething issues that occur with a new system were quickly resolved.
We asked Francesca what she'd describe as the standout feature of their system, and without hesitation, she said it was the reports feature. "Auto reports, even creating custom reports is an easy process. It's always been a bit of a faff with our previous system. I've found it really easy to customise your own reports and generate a report off the back of it." She also added that it was "handy for the whole team. They can get a range of reports, whatever they like, I can create for them". Overall, she decided that the report feature is "probably our highlight so far".
Throughout our discussion, Francesca was full of praise for our helpdesk support: "Support has always been really good. I can't fault that at all!" She added that with anything she's needed, she had "really good communication with the helpdesk."
After a year with their Tensor system, Valley Grown Salads has seen a huge improvement in usability, reporting, and efficiency. We're proud to continue supporting Francesca and her team as they make the most of their Tensor system.
