Our reporter spoke to Elizabeth Goudie, the current HR Director, to find out how they have been getting on with the Tensor Time & Attendance system and how well it suited their growing workforce. Elizabeth told us, "I inherited the Tensor system and its ability to draw up special and individual reports of workers activity from my predecessor. It is relatively simple and straightforward to use and I like the facility that allows me to run off reports and also produce automated ones too" she said. "The system is very easy to use and simple to explain to other people if needed".
