The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) will also introduce a human resources management system that, together with the Biometric Time and Attendance System, will be used for recording the employees' attendance, time response, productivity, performance and profile management.

The new system will improve the FDE's capability to evaluate an employee's performance level against the defined key performance indicators. The biometric attendance system would also ensure the time and attendance against the employees' job shifts and responsibilities and also enhance the control of administration over the work force by monitoring them on regular bases.
