Reflecting on the origins of Tensor at the Bedford site, Caroline explained, “Tensor was there before I joined back in 2011, however, I’d imagine the goal of using Tensor was to replace a manual clocking system for accuracy in calculating hours and pay.”  Since its initial installation, Caroline has told us that they “upgraded their system a couple of times,” but overall, it has worked well for them. 

Over the years, Ichiban have used Tensor’s systems for “Keeping employee records, Time and Attendance, Access Control and holiday management through the Self-Service Module.”
