Create elegant, secure ID cards for employees and visitors with Tensor Badge ID

Although few companies still rely solely on ID badges for access control purposes, these visual forms of identification still play an important part in any company, especially as far as visitors are concerned.

A poorly designed and executed ID Badge can cast a negative shadow on a company’s overall public image, but with Tensor Badge ID, you won’t have to worry about such matters, since your badges will always be good-looking, functional and elegant.

The Badge Designer feature is provided as a sub-set of Tensor’s comprehensive MCVS system and enables users to easily create badges for their employees and visitors alike. It allows users to design any number of badge templates to produce ID badges via its intuitive interface. Badges can have printing both on the front and reverse sides of the badge.

The system enables users to easily add static text, such as headings, labels and explanatory text to every printed badge in an automated manner, while relevant details can be sourced directly from the system database. Barcodes can also be added quite easily.

Another useful function provided by the Tensor Badge Designer is the possibility to add both static (for example, company logos) and dynamic (for example, employee photographs and/or captured signatures) images to each badge.
