Police suspect a string of recent early evening armed robberies in Nottingham are being conducted by the same man. Between November 25 last year and January 27 half a dozen business sites and shops had items stolen. Among these episodes were cash and jewellery being stolen from a hair salon and cash taken from the Jamaica National Bank. Officers said in all instances the man entered the premises, threatened staff with a handgun and demanded they hand over cash.
