Data storage

Working hours and absences

Codes can be set to define absence reasons, and each employee can be allocated different entitlements for absence such annual leave or allowed sickness, the remainder of which then updates automatically when absences occur.
They can be included in the attendance management monitoring process and the software can raise a warning when an employee has exceeded their allocated days of leave or a set number of absences. The system also identifies missing employees that are expected to be at work and automatically emails an alert to supervisors and managers.
Payroll and Reporting

Self Service Module
The Self-Service Module is a web-based application that allows enrolled employees to clock in or out for time and attendance purposes, book themselves on or off the fire evacuation list and book on or off jobs via their computer or smartphone.
Employees can also view their holiday entitlement and clocking reports and request absences, which are then required to be authorised by their supervisor.
