Majority of directors are not happy with the quality of employee-related data, research reveals


Over two thirds of directs are not satisfied with the quality of the workplace data they have access to, a survey conducted by Bull Information Systems has recently revealed.

Figures obtained from the poll point out that 66% of managers consider the quality of the workplace date their companies hold is unsatisfactory, with IT directors (84%) and marketing directors (80%) having the highest levels of complaints.

In fact, more than half of the respondents (56%) said the data was inaccurate, with 22% calling it only “fairly accurate”.

Overwhelmingly, directors blame an insufficient IT infrastructure for the low quality of the data, with 44 of IT directors and 24% of HR managers quoting this as the most important factor.
