Powerful clocking software displays a whole year of office absences at a time
The car firm Toyota has announced more closures and non-production days throughout May due to a prolonged shortage of parts. Mondays will be used as more non-production days in May and volume will be reduced on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Last week, Toyota, announced that its factories in the Midlands and North Wales would have a non-production day. Both sites also shut down for the three days up to the royal wedding public holiday tomorrow (Friday, April 29).
Both large industrial plants and small offices can reap the benefits of a Tensor all-in-one smart card operated Time and Attendance system with multiple shift pattern creation, overtime, Job Booking and Job Costing facilities, among others. Using the powerful software, the Group Holiday Planner displays a whole year of absences at a time. It allows easy viewing of incidences of multiple absences, whether in the past or the future, making it an ideal management tool. Absence codes or colours are user definable with separate rules for each.
