Recruitment levels soaring in British professional job market

A global survey carried out by Antal International discovered that the United Kingdom's job market has improved by 10 per cent year-on-year over the course of 2013, an impressive 5% over the global average.

As a news report on the matter suggests, 56% of organisations participating in the poll are currently looking to hire at a managerial and professional level, candidates with experience in agriculture, education, energy, law, pharmaceuticals and utilities being in particularly high-demand.

Other areas with a shortage of personnel include basic materials, security services and defence.
