A football fan was accused of trespass after he entered the dressing room at the World Cup on the night of England's 0-0 draw against Algeria. The episode, which happened minutes after Princes William and Harry left the changing room, prompted the Football Association to make an official complaint to World Cup organiser, Fifa. Life-long England and Manchester United supporter, Pavlos Joseph, from Crystal Palace, London, said he addressed the players, who were sitting on benches with towels around their waists. Joseph added later that he reached the dressing room after being given wrong directions.
