Tensor.NET 4.5.1.60 Adds New Features and Enhancements

A recent modification (previous release) has received further enhancements in this version. The previous updates changed the authentication service configuration app that allows users to handle new database zip file names. In this version, users will receive an automatic day off for their birthday and a separate setup guide is available upon request.

This project details changes to Tensor.NET to be able to export clockings into Saria's ERP system via a URL. A separate setup guide is available on request. In addition, this project details changes to implement the automation of employee codes for temporary workers whilst still allowing the editing of full-time staff.

Fixes

An issue was found when trying to delete a Payband from the recycle bin, it would not remove the corresponding OY Tree Info record. An issue with the ID in the XML has been fixed to resolve the issue.

Customer Resolutions

A fault was reported when trying to add an SSM authoriser to an employee that has an ID greater than '32767'. The code was found to not support this but has now been changed to resolve the issue. Another report fault has been fixed with a custom payroll export report where it duplicated absence hours across multiple rows. A stored procedure has been updated to unsplit the absence ID's to allow them to be on different rows.

Customer Resolutions

Requesting an absence on the Supervisor Absence Planner shows 'Absence Type' above 'Absence Code' which did not match the Absence Planner. The Absence Code controls have now been moved above the Absence Type controls, so this is now consistent with the absence planner. In addition, a request has been made to allow staff to assign a Reason Code when clocking IN. Previously, it was only allowing Reason Code selection when clocking OUT as in most cases, the Reason code being selected was for an Absence. This has been changed so users can choose working absences when clocking IN i.e. working from home.
