Tensor Helps Local Schools With Generous Pencil Case Donation

Tensor has donated a large number of pencil cases to three local schools in the St Neots (Cambridgeshire) area.

Bushmead Primary School, Crosshall Junior School Academy Trust and Priory Junior School each received around 150 pencil cases in a recent donation by Tensor.

Lorraine Durrant from Bushmead Primary School said: “Thank you very much for the donation. We are going to give these to our Year 6 pupils. The school normally buys them a pencil case at the start of the year in preparation for SAT’s and the start of the transition to secondary school. So these will come in very handy for our next Year 6 classes in September”.

Chris Dorey from Crosshall Junior School Academy Trust told Tensor: “The pencil cases which have been kindly donated will be used in a range of ways. We are planning to give one to each disadvantaged child in our school, we are also going to use them in the Year Three classrooms and some will also be given to the school's Learning and Wellbeing mentors who will be sharing them with children and families”.
