Police have issued CCTV images of two suspected burglars being sought over the riots which broke out over summer 2011. Both men were seen in Hackney, east London, which witnessed much looting from shops during the disorder. A police spokesperson said: “A year on and we are still working hard to track down the people responsible for last summer’s disorder. I hope that someone somewhere will be able to identify them.”
